Where is my order?

If you can not find the tracking number or if the tracking number does not give a result, I would like to ask you to contact our customer service via the chat on the website.

AFTER YOU’VE PURCHASED

Shipping confirmation
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. Shipping costs are dependent upon the weight of the package and delivery location. Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes for all International orders.

Tracking Updates
From the moment that the order is shipped to the moment you actually receive the order, you will receive multiple shipping updates from us. This way you know where your order is at all times.
If you have questions about these updates, you can contact our customer service at all times.

Tracking the Order
As the receiver it will be your sole responsibility to track your order and submit necessary requirements to the customs or courier otherwise if the order has been tagged as return to sender or unsuccessful delivery due to the receiver not being able to follow-up or have not submitted the necessary requirements or notification to the courier, we are not able to process any refund or replacement for free and you may need to place the order again.

Delivery
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

CANCELLATION/CHANGES

If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders under 1 hour (we’re fast!). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Please note that any orders that have already been paid for cannot be changed and/or canceled. 

Will I Be Charged With Customs And Taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS WE ARE RECEIVING, YOUR SHIPMENT MAY TAKE LONGER THAN USUAL. REST ASSURED, WE ARE WORKING HARD TO GET EVERYTHING OUT ASAP. WE KNOW IT MAY BE FRUSTRATING TO WAIT LONGER THAN EXPECTED FOR YOUR ORDER, BUT THE ONE THING WE DON’T WANT TO DO IS SACRIFICE THE QUALITY OF OUR PRODUCTS. THANKS FOR UNDERSTANDING


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We do not have control over customs and are therefore not able to be responsible for delays that may occur. Tracking information will be made available to you as soon as it is made available to us. 
Approximate shipping times (does not include weekends/public holidays): 

a) USA: 12 to 25 business days (tracking system available)

b) Rest of the world: 25 to 60 business days (tracking system available varies)
Delayed delivery - in very rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated expected time frame. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times and any unexpected delays that may occur en-route and we seek your understanding and patience should this occur. In such cases, we will ship out a new package if there is no tracking updates for more than 30-60 business days.
This may especially be true during the busier holiday seasons at the year's end (November to December months), during promotions or other instances.
PROCESSING TIME VS SHIPPING TIME
Please note that processing time (4-6 business days) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 4-6 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics and sent forth to the post office).
After your order has been processed, your package will then be picked up by our shipping company for dispatch. An email with your online tracking information will be available on our website.
Processing Time - in very rare instances, may take longer than the stated expected time frame. During busy time like holidays, promotions or other instances processing time might take longer. We do our best to deliver as fast as possible and seek your understanding and patience during such events.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it after 30 minutes as your order might have already been processed.
Please do drop us an email at support@lolaastanova.com as soon as possible if you'd like to cancel an order that you have just made.
UNCLAIMED ORDERS
We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, deliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address.
If you notice an incorrect or insufficient address when receiving the confirmation email, email us back as soon as possible at support@lolaastanova.com as a reply to your order confirmation email with the updated details.
Once we process the order we are not able to change the address and we are not to be held responsible for incorrect or insufficient address.
CUSTOM / DUTY FEES
Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that in rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.
SEPARATE PACKAGES
In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons: 
- Certain items may be on back order 
- Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office 
- Different designers/warehouse location (we work from multiple warehouses to bring you the best selections at affordable prices)
